Keeping the coming Durga Puja in mind, Online Business Network, OBN, is organising a virtual fair. Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus in the country, this is the second time OBN is arranging the fair, which has proved successful the first time, where shoppers could purchase their desired products -- homemade food, garments, ornaments, and decorative products -- by surfing a single website.

During the pandemic, the fair seemed like a good alternative to the brick-and-mortar shopping malls.

The second online fair, which will continue between 30 September and 6 October, 2020 is set to encourage individuals who are trying to bring about change through business initiatives. One of the founders of OBN, Samia Binte Alam, said "F-commerce has empowered people who seek self-employment. The fair is free for all visitors."

Co-founders Tahsin Rahman and Shifat Mowla believe that with the right direction F-commerce has the potential to contribute to the national economics.
