Vision, electronics brand of RFL Group, is providing free service for any brand of electronics products affected by floods in different districts of the country, said a press release.

The service campaign has been introduced in Cumilla, Feni, Laxmi bazar and Noakhali.

To receive service for flood-damaged electronics, one needs to register by contacting Pran-RFL Group’s call centre or filling up a form online.

After registration, Vision Electronics will contact the customer and provide the service.

According to the release, customers will only be required to pay the cost of spare parts if the product’s warranty has expired and for products from other brands included under the campaign.
